Effect of comprehensive intervention of family doctors on blood pressure control of patients with hypertension in community
家庭医生综合干预对社区高血压患者血压控制的效果

摘要

目的 探究家庭医生综合干预对社区高血压患者血压控制的效果。方法 选择2021.06——2022.03期间统计的社区高血压病患共计80名，在回顾统计分析背景下，以就诊先后顺序法分出常规组（2021.06——2021.10）、实验组（2021.11——2022.03），平均每组纳入40名。予以常规组对象常规护理干预，予以实验组对象在常规组基础上实施家庭医生综合护理干预。对比两组间对象护理前后血压指数、生活质量评分。结果 护理前，两组对比血压指数、生活质量评分未见差异性，P＞0.05。护理后，相较常规组，实验组血压指数更低，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组生活质量评分更高，P＜0.05。结论 家庭医生综合干预能够积极控制社区高血压患者的血压水平，维护其日常生活质量，建议临床推广普及。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention of family doctors on blood pressure control of patients with hypertension in community.
Methods: a total of 80 patients with hypertension in the community from 2021.06 to 2022.03 were selected. Under the background of retrospective statistical analysis, they were divided into routine group (2021.06-2021.10) and experimental group (2021.11-2022.03) according to the order of visit, with an average of 40 patients in each group. The subjects in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention, and the subjects in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention by family doctors on the basis of the routine group. The blood pressure index and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: before nursing, there was no difference in blood pressure index and quality of life score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, compared with the routine group, the blood pressure index of the experimental group was lower (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the comprehensive intervention of family doctors can actively control the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension in the community and maintain their quality of daily life. It is suggested to be popularized in clinic.
