Study on the effect of different methods in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia
不同方式治疗慢性精神分裂症的效果探究

摘要

目的 不同方式治疗慢性精神分裂症的效果探究。方法 在2020年1月至2021年1月时间段选择76例因慢性精神分裂症而就诊于我科室的病人进行调研，按照治疗方案将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入38例病人。按照治疗举措将其命名为常规组与研究组，常规组所采用的治疗方案为传统、常规治疗，研究组在常规组治疗基础上采用音乐治疗。结果 经过治疗，两组病人评分改善，但常规组抑郁评分明显高于研究组，迟缓评分明显高于研究组，精神病表现评分明显高于研究组，激惹评分明显高于研究组，个人整洁评分明显低于研究组，社会兴趣评分明显低于研究组，总消极分明显高于研究组，总积极分明显低于研究组，病情总估计分明显低于研究组，与治疗前对照有一定差异（P<0.05）。结论 音乐治疗在慢性精神分裂症治疗中的效果优异，此方案值得临床应用、普及。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of different ways to treat chronic schizophrenia.
Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, 76 patients with chronic schizophrenia in our department were selected for investigation. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into two groups, with 38 patients in each group. According to the treatment measures, it was named as conventional group and research group. The conventional group adopted traditional and conventional treatment, while the research group adopted music therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.
Results After treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were improved, but the depression score, retardation score, psychotic performance score, irritation score, personal cleanliness score, social interest score, total negative score, total positive score and total estimated illness score of the routine group were significantly higher than those of the study group, which were significantly lower than those of the study group, and there was a certain difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Music therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia, and this program is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
