摘要
目的 评价在儿童心肺复苏临床教学中应用PBL+角色扮演教学法的价值。方法 以某医学院的54名临床医学生为主体,以电脑随机法实施分组,其中27例采取传统教学模式,将其视为对照组,剩余27例采取PBL+角色扮演教学法,将其视为研究组,研究日期为2020年5月-2021年5月,观察指标包括教学满意度、教学成绩、教学质量、综合能力。结果 (1)对比教学满意度得知,研究组显著较对照组高,P<0.05;(2)对比教学成绩得知,研究组显著较对照组高,P<0.05;(3)对比教学质量得知,研究组评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;(4)对比综合能力得知,研究组评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 将PBL+角色扮演教学法应用于儿童心肺复苏临床教学中具有显著效果,可促进临床医学生理论及实践成绩提升,可提升其综合能力,是一种高质量的教学方式,具有临床应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of applying PBL+ role-playing teaching method in the clinical teaching of children's cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods Fifty-four clinical medical students from a medical school were used as the main body, and were grouped by computer randomization method. Among them, 27 cases were treated with traditional teaching mode and regarded as the control group, and the remaining 27 cases were treated with PBL+ role-playing teaching method, regarded as Research group, the research date is from May 2020 to May 2021, and the observation indicators include teaching satisfaction, teaching performance, teaching quality, and comprehensive ability. Results (1) Comparing teaching satisfaction, the research group was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05; (2) Comparing teaching performance, it was found that the research group was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05; (3) Comparing teaching quality It was learned that the score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05; (4) Comparing the comprehensive ability, it was found that the score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of PBL+ role-playing teaching method in the clinical teaching of children's cardiopulmonary resuscitation has a significant effect, which can promote the improvement of clinical medical students' theoretical and practical achievements, and can improve their comprehensive ability. It is a high-quality teaching method and has clinical application value.
