摘要
目的 在消化内科护理中探讨健康教育的应用及效果。方法 研究开展阶段即2021年4月至2022年4月,将在本院接受消化内科治疗的住院患者视为研究样本,在此过程中选取患者的数量为84例,将患者资料整理后利用计算机相关软件进行顺序编排,同时应用分组软件完成小组建立。分入参照组中的42例患者应用常规护理,分入研究组的42例患者应用常规护理+健康教育。护理过程中记录相关研究数据,进行分析并将其作为研究指标。结果 将两组护理后患者对健康知识掌握率、护理满意度作为主要项目进行分析。研究组健康知识掌握率和护理满意度均高于参照组,优势明显(P<0.05),组间数据比较(P<0.05)结果表明存在统计学意义。结论 在消化内科护理中,对患者实施常规护理的基础上展开全面的健康教育,有利于提高患者对健康知识的认知,促进护理配合度提高,对患者质量的提升有着积极作用,可在今后护理中加大借鉴力度并积极推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of health education in the nursing of gastroenterology. Methods: In the research development stage, from April 2021 to April 2022, the inpatients who received gastroenterology treatment in our hospital were regarded as research samples. During this process, 84 patients were selected, and the patient data were sorted and used. The computer-related software is used to arrange the sequence, and the grouping software is used to complete the group establishment. Forty-two patients in the reference group were given routine care, and 42 patients in the study group were given routine care and health education. Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process, analyzed and used as research indicators. Results: The mastery rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing were analyzed as the main items. The health knowledge mastery rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, with obvious advantages (P<0.05), and the data comparison between groups (P<0.05) showed statistical significance. Conclusion : In the nursing of gastroenterology, comprehensive health education on the basis of routine nursing is beneficial to improve patients' cognition of health knowledge, promote the improvement of nursing cooperation, and has a positive effect on the improvement of patient quality. In the future, more efforts will be made to learn from and actively promote in nursing.
