Exploration of Multiple Innovative Teaching Method Based on CBL+ in Clinical Teaching of Medical Overseas Students
基于CBL+的多元创新教学方法研究在医学留学生临床教学中的探索

摘要

目的 探讨适合留学生在国内临床实习或见习的教学模式与方法,提升留学生在国内的临床实践适应能力。方法 对2016年2月~2019年9月在四川大学华西医院日间手术中心临床见习的留学生采用中文和英语的双语教学,基于以案例为导向的教学模式,结合以问题为导向的教学模式和同伴互助学习模式的优点,创新性的加入医学生志愿者提供中文与英语翻译的辅助教学。观察留学生在临床实践的查房、病案讨论、手术、门诊等各个诊疗环节和教学环节中是否能良好的适应,顺利的完成临床实践课程。结果 研究期间共有4个年级2013级、2014级、2015级和2016级共计376名留学生在四川大学华西医院日间手术中心临床见习,376名留学生在后期其他科室的临床见习和实习中,包括查房、病案讨论、手术、门诊等各个诊疗环节和教学环节均表现出良好的适应性,医患、医护和团队之间关系和谐融洽,无不良事件、医疗事故、患者投诉。留学生与带教老师双方的满意度均较高。结论 高校留学生国内临床实习和见习的教学方法可结合多种教学模式优点,根据留学生实际需求与医院的实际情况综合制定。

Abstract

Objective To explore the teaching mode and method suitable for overseas students' clinical practice or probation in China, and to improve their clinical practice adaptability in China.
Methods Bilingual teaching in Chinese and English was adopted for the overseas students who were clinical interns in the Day Surgery Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University. PBL teaching mode was the main teaching mode. Based on case-based learning teaching mode, the combination of problem-based learning teaching mode and the advantages of peer mutual learning mode, the addition of innovative medical student volunteers to provide auxiliary teaching of Chinese and English translation.
Results During the study period, a total of 376 international students from 4 grades (grade 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016) were on clinical probation in ambulatories Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and 376 international students were on clinical probation and internship in other departments. All the diagnosis and treatment links and teaching links, including ward rounds, medical record discussion, surgery and outpatient service, showed good adaptability. The relationship between doctors and patients, medical staff and team was harmonious, and there were no adverse events, medical accidents, and patient complaints. Both international students and teachers have higher satisfaction.
Conclusion   The teaching methods of domestic clinical practice and probation for international students in colleges and universities can be combined with the advantages of various teaching modes according to the actual needs of international students and the actual situation of hospitals.
