早期康复治疗对脑出血患者的影

摘要

目的 探究早期康复治疗对脑出血患者存在的影响。方法 选取2020年4月至2021年12月本院收治脑出血患者60例做研究对象，利用随机数字表法分为对照组（30例，常规治疗）与观察组（30例，早期康复治疗），对2组康复治疗效果进行观察比较。结果 经治疗2组患者机体功能均改善，但相对于对照组而言，观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分更低，肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力、生活质量评分更高（P＜0.05），康复治疗满意度达到93.33%。结论 早期康复治疗可加快脑出血患者机体功能康复速度，提高脑出血患者生活质量，让患者对临床康复治疗更具满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.

Results: compared with the Control Group, the patients in the observation group had lower scores of neurological deficit, higher scores of motor function, activity of daily living and quality of life (p < 0.05) , the satisfactory rate of rehabilitation treatment was 93.33% .
Conclusion  : Early Rehabilitation Treatment can accelerate the speed of functional rehabilitation, improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and make patients more satisfied with clinical rehabilitation treatment.
