阴道微生态因子与HR-HPV持续感染的相关性研究

摘要

目的 针对阴道微生态因子与HR-HPV持续感染的相关性开展深入分析。方法 选择我院2019年12月到2020年12月826例妇科检查者为研究对象,收集其阴道微生物检测结果以及HR-HPV检测结果。结果 HR-HPV阳性组中乳酸杆菌含量偏多情况占比明显低于HR-HPV阴性组的占比,阴道清洁度3~4度明显高于HR-HPV阴性组,白细胞醋酶感染阳性明显高于HR-HPV阴性组,加德纳菌感染明显高于HR-HPV阴性组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阴道微生态因子与HR-HPV持续感染存在相关性。

Abstract

Objective: To conduct an in-depth analysis of the correlation between vaginal microecological factors and persistent HR-HPV infection.
Methods: From December 2019 to December 2020, 826 gynecological examiners in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and their vaginal microbiological test results and HR-HPV test results were collected.
Results: The proportion of high lactobacillus content in the HR-HPV positive group was significantly lower than that in the HR-HPV negative group, the vaginal cleanliness degree was significantly higher than that in the HR-HPV negative group, and the positive leukocyte acetase infection was significantly higher than that in the HR-HPV negative group. Higher than HR-HPV negative group, Gardnerella infection was significantly higher than HR-HPV negative group, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Vaginal microecological factors are associated with persistent HR-HPV infection.
