Clinical effect of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined with acupoint application on patients with gastric ruffian
柴芍六君子汤联合穴位敷贴对胃痞患者的临床效果研究

摘要

目的 常规方式治疗胃痞的效果不甚明显，故而结合柴芍六君子汤联合穴位敷贴，再次观察治疗效果。方法 2021年2月至2022年2月期间，我院收治了60例胃痞患者，将其当做本次实验的对象，通过随机分配原则，分为两组，常规治疗作为对照组，与柴芍六君子汤联合穴位敷贴的治疗方式展开对比。比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应率。结果 添加柴芍六君子汤联合穴位敷贴的治疗方式效果更好，患者的治疗总有效率更高，中医证候积分也更优，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过柴芍六君子汤联合穴位敷贴来治胃痞患者的效果要明显优于其他方式，加入中医治疗方式能够有效改善患者预后，降低病症不适感与不良反应发生率，故值得广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective The effect of conventional treatment on gastric ruffian is not obvious, so the combination of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction and acupoint application was used to observe the therapeutic effect again.
Methods From February 2021 to February 2022, 60 patients with gastric ulcer were treated in our hospital. They were treated as the subjects of this experiment. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation. The treatment methods of Liujunzi Decoction combined with acupoint application were compared. The curative effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.
Results The therapeutic effect of adding Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with acupoint application was better, the total effective rate of patients was higher, and the TCM syndrome scores were also better, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer is significantly better than other methods. Adding traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the incidence of discomfort and adverse reactions, so it is worthy of widespread promotion.
