Causes and nursing countermeasures of complications in PICC catheterization in children
小儿PICC置管中并发症的发生原因及护理对策

摘要

目的 探究小儿PICC置管并发症的发生原因和对策。方法 此次参加研究的360例小儿受试者，选取时间为2020年12月到2022年1月，随机分组，分成观察组、对照组，每组患儿180例，组间区别为护理对策不同，收集各项研究数据，比对2组护理效果、置管后并发症发生率、患儿家属满意度等。结果 观察组实施相应护理对策后，患儿穿刺并发症发生率低，组间护理效果更优异，P值＜0.05；观察组患儿家属满意度分值相对更高，p值均=0.0000，小于0.05，存在统计学意义。结论 儿童患者在实施PICC术后，一旦出现不良并发症将会对患儿躯体和心理造成不同程度的损伤，家属接受率低，容易诱发护理纠纷事件，因此，需要护理人员及早发现安全隐患，并采取相应措施，积极预防置管不良反应。

Abstract

Objective To explore the causes and Countermeasures of complications of PICC catheterization in children.
Methods: 60 pediatric subjects who participated in the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group from December 2020 to January 2022. There were 30 children in each group. The difference between the groups was different nursing strategies. Various research data were collected to compare the nursing effects of the two groups, the incidence of complications after catheterization, and the satisfaction of children's family members.
Results: after the implementation of corresponding nursing countermeasures in the observation group, the incidence of puncture complications in children was low, and the nursing effect between groups was better (P < 0.05); The score of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than 0.05, P = 0.05.
Conclusion  : after the implementation of PICC, the incidence of complications in children is relatively high, which is easy to cause varying degrees of physical and psychological damage to children. Therefore, nurses need to find potential safety hazards as soon as possible and take corresponding measures to actively prevent adverse reactions of catheterization.
