Clinical study on heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of limb pain after stroke
热敏灸治疗中风后肢体疼痛的临床研究

摘要

目的 分析中风后肢体疼痛患者采取热敏灸治疗的临床效果。方法 选近两年（2019年8月至2021年8月）本院神经内科病房脑卒中住院病人120例，两组患者均接受阿司匹林、瑞舒伐他汀、甲钴胺及降压、降糖等治疗药物。按照随机分组对照研究，其中60例实施常规神经内科的基础治疗（对照组），另外60例加热敏灸治疗（治疗组）。结果 治疗组、对照组治疗后疼痛指数均有明显降低，治疗组疼痛指数低于对照组、治疗组、对照组治疗后Barthel指数评分明显提高，且治疗组Barthel指数评分高于对照组、治疗组、对照组治疗后IL-6水平明显降低，治疗组IL-6水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组与对照组均无严重不良反应发生。结论 热敏灸治疗中风后肢体疼痛有显著效果，临床应用价值高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on patients with limb pain after stroke.
Methods: 120 inpatients with stroke in the neurology ward of our hospital in recent two years (August 2019 to August 2021) were selected. Both groups of patients received aspirin, rosuvastatin, mecobalamin and antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs. According to the randomized controlled study, 60 cases were treated with routine basic treatment of neurology (control group), and the other 60 cases were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion (treatment group).
Results: After treatment, the pain index of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly, while the Barthel index score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the Barthel index score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, treatment group and control group, and the level of IL-6 in the treatment group decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group.
Conclusion  : Heat-sensitive moxibustion is effective in treating limb pain after stroke, and its clinical application value is high.
