新的腹膜透析导管拔除术--“Pull-Technique”

摘要

目的 介绍一种新的简单的闭合式腹膜透析（PD）导管拔除技术——“Pull-Technique”，评估“Pull-Technique”拔管术的效果和并发症，为临床一线医生提供一种新技术，推广该技术。方法 回顾性分析在武汉科技大学附属孝感医院肾内科住院，因各种原因需要拔管的6例PD患者实践“Pull-Technique”拔管。结果 6例中应用“Pull-Technique”拔管术均成功将PD导管整体拔除，过程顺利，用时短，无伤口，出血量极少，1例发生肠梗阻，保守治疗好转，其他无并发症，术后患者即可活动，随访数月，无远期并发症。结论 “Pull-Technique”拔管术操作简单，无需特殊器械，并发症少，节约卫生资源、患者费用，为临床医师提供了一种新的方法，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To introduce a new and simple closed peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter removal technique - "Pull-Technique", to evaluate the effect and complications of "Pull-Technique" extubation, and to provide clinical front-line doctors with a a new technology and promote it.
Methods A retrospective analysis of 6 PD patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology, Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology and required extubation due to various reasons, practiced "Pull-Technique" extubation.
Results The PD catheter was successfully removed as a whole by "Pull-Technique" extubation in 6 cases. The process was smooth, the time was short, there was no wound, and the amount of bleeding was minimal. One case developed intestinal obstruction, which was improved by conservative treatment, and the others had no complications. The patients were able to move after the operation and were followed up for several months without long-term complications.
Conclusion   "Pull-Technique" extubation is easy to operate, requires no special equipment, has few complications, saves health resources and patient costs, provides a new method for clinicians, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
