Clinical analysis of first aid measures in emergency medical department for patients with cerebral hemorrhage
脑出血患者在急诊内科的急救措施的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨脑出血患者在急诊内科的急救措施的临床应用效果。方法 将我院2021年1月-2022年1月100例脑出血患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规治疗，实验组实施急诊内科综合急救措施治疗。比较两组治疗前后颅内压、格拉斯哥昏迷评分、神经功能缺损评分、急救总有效率、急诊内科住院时间、医疗费用水平。结果 实验组颅内压、神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于对照组，急救总有效率高于对照组，急诊内科住院时间、医疗费用水平低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 脑出血患者实施急诊内科综合急救措施治疗效果确切，可降低颅内压，改善神经功能和意识状况，缩短患者住院时间，减少医疗费用，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of emergency medical measures in emergency medical department for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was given comprehensive emergency medical treatment. The intracranial pressure, Glasgow coma score, neurological deficit score, total effective rate of first aid, hospital stay in emergency department, and medical expenses were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results The intracranial pressure and neurological deficit scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the Glasgow coma score was higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate of first aid was higher than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time and medical expenses of the emergency department were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The comprehensive first aid measures in emergency medical department for cerebral hemorrhage patients have definite therapeutic effect, which can reduce intracranial pressure, improve neurological function and consciousness, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, and reduce medical expenses, which is worthy of promotion.
