Study on the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery model in high-quality nursing care of trauma and orthopedics
快速康复外科模式在创伤骨科优质护理中的效果研究

摘要

目的 对快速康复外科模式在当前创伤骨科优质护理中的应用进行分析。方法 研究将本院在2019年7月至2021年7月期间收治的80例创伤骨科患者纳入到本次对比实验中，将其采用电脑随机分组的方式分为对照组和观察组各40例，在研究中分别应用优质护理和优质护理+快速康复外科模式的护理方式，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 经过对比发现，观察组患者的并发症发生几率以及住院时间、缓痛时间以及护理满意度均优于对照组，组间差异显著，符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 于创伤骨科护理中采用快速康复外科模式可以显著的改善患者的护理效果，提升患者的康复速度，有临床推广的价值和意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery model in the current quality nursing care of trauma and orthopedics.
Methods: The study included 80 orthopedic trauma patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 in this comparative experiment, and randomly grouped them into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each In the study, the nursing methods of high-quality nursing and high-quality nursing + rapid recovery surgery were used to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.
Results: After comparison, it was found that the incidence of complications, hospitalization time, pain relief time, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group. There were significant differences between the groups, which met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The rapid rehabilitation surgery model used in trauma orthopedics nursing can significantly improve the patient's nursing effect and enhance the patient's recovery speed, which has the value and significance of clinical promotion.
