Efficacy and early complications of minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic anterior ring injuries
微创经皮内固定治疗不稳定性骨盆前环损伤的疗效及早期并发症分析

摘要
目的 研究微创经皮内固定治疗不稳定性骨盆前环损伤的疗效及早期并发症的发生情况。方法一共在2015年4月至2019年6月期间选择68例不稳定性骨盆前环损伤患者作为研究对象，根据不同的治疗方式将患者分成了观察组和对照组，其中观察组接受微创经皮内固定治疗，对照组接受常规手术治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、手术指标以及早期并发症发生率。结果 观察组的治疗效果为94.1%，对照组的治疗效果为70.6%，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。观察组的手术时间、出血量以及愈合时间等手术指标分别为32.15±2.15、20.15±2.44、55.15±1.47，均要优于对照组（68.18±3.48、56.48±5.48、64.47±2.18），P<0.05。观察组的切口感染、臀上动脉损伤、股神经损伤等早期并发症发生率为8.82%，低于对照组的29.41%，P<0.05。结论 微创经皮内固定治疗不稳定性骨盆前环损伤的疗效显著，而且与传统手术方式相比早期并发症的发生率也比较低。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and early complications of minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic anterior ring injuries. Methods Atotal of 2015 during the April to June 2019 before choosing 68 cases of unstable pelvic ring injuries patients as the research object, according to the different treatment to patients into the observation group and control group, the observation group received minimally invasive percutaneous fixation treatment, control group accepted routine surgery, comparison and analysis the curative effect of two groups of patients, operation index and the incidence of early complication. Results The therapeutic effect of observation group was 94.1%, the therapeutic effect of control group was 70.6%, observation group was higher than control group, P<0.05.The operative time, blood loss and healing time in the observation group were 32.15±2.15, 20.15±2.44 and 55.15±1.47, respectively, which were better than those in the control group (68.18±3.48, 56.48±5.48, 64.47±2.18), P<0.05.The incidence of early complications such as wound infection, superior gluteal artery injury and femoral nerve injury was 8.82% in the observation group, which was lower than 29.41% in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation is effective in the treatment of unstable pelvic anterior ring injuries and has a lower incidence of early complications than conventional surgical procedures.
