针对感染性疾病科护理工作中不安全因素的管理对策分析

摘要

目的 分析感染性疾病科护理工作中的不安全因素及管理对策。方法 对我院感染性疾病科患者的护理工作，展开全方位综合性的详细分析。探究日常护理工作中的不安全因素，以及相关的管理对策。结果 经研究发现，影响感染性疾病科患者护理安全的因素，主要有护理人员工作量繁重、管理制度不完善和患者过多与不良情绪三个方面。结论 医院感染性疾病科护理管理部门，应紧紧围绕日常工作中的各项不安全因素，进行针对性的预防和整改。以此来提升感染性疾病科患者的护理质量，促进患者的早日痊愈。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the unsafe factors and management strategies in the nursing work of the infectious diseases department. Method: Carry out a comprehensive and comprehensive detailed analysis of the nursing work of patients in the Department of Infectious Diseases in our hospital. Explore the unsafe factors in daily nursing work and related management countermeasures.
Results: The research found that the factors affecting the safety of patients in the infectious diseases department mainly included three aspects: heavy workload of nursing staff, imperfect management system and too many patients and patients' bad mood.
Conclusion  : The nursing management department of the hospital infectious diseases department should focus on various unsafe factors in daily work, and carry out targeted prevention and rectification. In this way, the quality of care for patients in the department of infectious diseases can be improved and the patients' early recovery can be promoted.
