新生儿高胆红素血症的病理生理、风险评估与干预策略研究进展综述

摘要

现阶段新生儿高胆红素血症病例总数呈现为高水平状态,此类疾病的出现属于多方面因素共同作用的结果,与患儿代谢与排泄功能失衡、胆红素生成异常等均存在密切的联系。基于此,本文综述了新生儿高胆红素血症的病例及生理机制,分析新生儿高胆红素血症风险评估现状,探讨新生儿高胆红素血症的干预对策及优化途径,旨在为新生儿高胆红素血症的早期评估及干预策略优化提供参考。

Abstract

At present, the total number of cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is at a high level. The occurrence of this disease is the result of multiple factors, and is closely related to the imbalance of metabolism and excretion function, abnormal bilirubin production, and other factors in the children. Based on this, this article reviews the cases and physiological mechanisms of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, analyzes the current status of risk assessment for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, explores intervention strategies and optimization approaches for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, aiming to provide reference for early assessment and optimization of intervention strategies for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
