Application of digital-intelligent pharmacy in intelligent prescription review and rational drug use control in hospitals
数智药学在医院处方智能审核及合理用药管控中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨数智药学技术在医院处方智能审核与合理用药管控中的应用效果。方法 选取某三甲医院2025年1-12月门诊处方为研究对象，1-6月278600张处方为对照组，行传统人工事后审核；7-12月283400张处方为观察组，采用基于人工智能、大数据与知识图谱的处方智能审核体系，实施事前预警、事中审核、事后闭环管控，对比两组管控效果。结果 观察组单张处方审核时间显著缩短，处方合格率、日均审核量均高于对照组，不合理用药、用药不良事件发生率及医保不合理扣费均大幅降低，高危用药问题降幅显著（P＜0.05）。结论 数智药学可提升处方审核效率与标准化水平，降低用药风险，节约医保基金，推动合理用药管控智能化、精细化，推广价值显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of digital-intelligent pharmacy technology in intelligent prescription review and rational drug use control in hospitals.
Methods Outpatient prescriptions from a tertiary first-class hospital from January to December 2025 were selected as research objects. A total of 278,600 prescriptions from January to June were included in the control group, which underwent traditional manual post-review; 283,400 prescriptions from July to December were included in the observation group, which adopted an intelligent prescription review system based on artificial intelligence, big data and knowledge graph, implementing pre-warning, in-process review and post-closed-loop control. The control effects of the two groups were compared.
Results In the observation group, the review time per prescription was significantly shortened; the prescription qualification rate and daily average review volume were higher than those in the control group; the incidence of irrational drug use, adverse drug events, and unreasonable deductions from medical insurance were significantly reduced; and the reduction in high-risk medication problems was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Digital-intelligent pharmacy can improve the efficiency and standardization of prescription review, reduce medication risks, save medical insurance funds, promote the intelligent and refined management of rational drug use, and has significant promotion value.
