Study on the effect of perioperative psychological counseling on psychological status and therapeutic effect of patients with dental implant prostheses
围术期心理疏导对口腔种植义齿患者心理状态与疗效的影响研究

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨围术期心理疏导对口腔种植义齿患者心理状态及临床疗效的影响。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月我院接诊的60例口腔种植义齿患者作为研究对象，根据预实验结果，结合α=0.05、β=0.10及两组效应量估算，确定样本量为每组30例，借助随机数表法划分成实验组与常规组各30例。常规组采取常规种植治疗及基础健康指导，实验组在常规组干预基础上额外实施针对性心理疏导，对比两组患者治疗前后心理状态评分以及治疗效果。结果 干预后，实验组焦虑自评量表（Self‑Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self‑Rating Depression Scale, SDS）评分分别由58.92±6.18、59.35±6.27降至41.23±5.47、42.15±5.69，常规组SAS、SDS评分分别由58.76±6.23、59.12±6.31降至49.85±5.74、50.32±5.86，实验组两项评分均显著低于常规组；实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%，常规组为70.00%，实验组治疗总有效率高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 在口腔种植义齿治疗中加入心理疏导能有效改善患者负面心理，提升治疗效果，心理疏导操作简便，无需额外昂贵设备，适合在各级医院推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect of perioperative psychological counseling on the psychological status and clinical efficacy of patients with dental implant prostheses.
Methods A total of 60 patients with dental implant prostheses treated in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as research subject Based on the results of the pilot study and combined with α=0.05, β=0.10, and the effect size estimation of the two groups, the sample size determined to be 30 cases per group. The patients were divided into an experimental group and a routine group of 30 cases each using the random number table method. Routine group received routine implant treatment and basic health guidance, while the experimental group received targeted psychological counseling in addition to the routine intervention. The psychological status scores and treatment effects before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group decreased from 58.92±6.18 and 59.35±6.27 to 41.23±5.47 and 42.15±5.69, respectively, the routine group, they decreased from 58.76±6.23 and 59.12±6.31 to 49.85±5.74 and 50.32±5.86, respectively. The scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the routine group. The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%, while that in the routine group was 70.00%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adding psychological counseling to dental implant prosthesis treatment can effectively improve patients’ psychological status and enhance treatment effects. Psychological counseling is simple to operate, does not require additional expensive equipment, and is suitable for promotion and application in hospitals at all levels.
