摘要
目的 探讨红细胞叶酸水平与代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病(MASLD)风险及肝脂肪变性程度的关系。方法 基于2017-2018年美国国家健康与营养调查(NHANES)数据,通过振动控制瞬时弹性成像(VCTE)评估肝脂肪变性(受控衰减参数CAP≥263 dB/m),结合代谢危险因素诊断MASLD。采用多变量logistic回归分析血清红细胞叶酸水平与MASLD风险的关系,并评估低水平叶酸亚组的效应差异。结果 红细胞叶酸水平与MASLD风险呈独立正相关(OR=1.0007,95%CI:1.0000~1.0013,P=0.036),且在低水平阶段关联更强(P=0.001)。结论 在美国普通人群中,红细胞叶酸水平与MASLD风险呈正相关,尤其在低水平阶段关联更为显著,且该关联存在非线性阈值效应。
