Analysis of the therapeutic effect of locking intramedullary nail internal fixation therapy on non union after limb traumatic fracture
带锁髓内钉内固定疗法对四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的治疗效果分析

摘要

目的 研究分析四肢创伤骨折后骨不连采取带锁髓内钉内固定疗法的效果。方法 样本对象为2024年9月至2025年5月期间在本院接受治疗的62例四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者，根据治疗模式分组，其中接受加压钢板治疗的26例定义为对照组，接受带锁髓内钉内固定疗法的36例定义为观察组，对比两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、四肢活动程度以及术后并发症发生率。结果 临床治疗总有效率中，观察组和对照组依次为97.23%、80.76%（P＜0.05）；观察组视觉模拟评分法（VAS）量表和Fugl-Meyer量表均比对照组理想；术后并发症发生率中，观察组和对照组依次为2.77%、19.23%。结论 四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的患者给予带锁髓内钉内固定疗法进行干预，可获得比较满意的效果，且术后并发症较少，手术方式具有较高的临床推荐价值治。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effect of intramedullary nail fixation therapy for non union of limbs after traumatic fracture.
Methods The sample subjects were 62 patients with limb trauma fractures and non union who received treatment in our hospital from September 2024 to May 2025. According to the treatment mode, they were divided into two groups: 26 patients who received compression plate treatment were defined as the control group, and 36 patients who received intramedullary nail fixation therapy were defined as the observation group. The clinical efficacy, pain level, limb mobility, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.23% in the observation group and 80.76% in the control group (P < 0.05). The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scale and Fugl-Meyer scale in the observation group are better than those in the control group; The incidence of postoperative complications was 2.77% in the observation group and 19.23% in the control group.
Conclusion   Patients with nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs are intervened by interlocking intramedullary nail, which can achieve satisfactory results and have fewer postoperative complications. The surgical method has high clinical recommendation value.
