摘要

维吾尔医药(Uyghur Medicine)作为中华传统医学的重要组成部分,在骨折治疗领域拥有独特的“蛋清混合绷带固定法”。本文旨在利用现代科学手段,从生物化学成分分析、高分子材料学特性、热力学机制以及经皮给药系统等多个维度,对这一传统疗法的科学性进行深度剖析。研究表明,蛋清固定法并非单纯的经验医学产物,其在生物相容性、力学强度构建、抗炎抑菌及促进骨痂形成方面,具备符合现代康复医学理念的坚实科学基础。

Abstract

Uyghur Medicine, as an important component of traditional Chinese medicine, possesses a unique “egg white mixed bandage fixation method” in the field of fracture treatment. This article aims to utilize modern scientific methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the scientific nature of this traditional therapy from multiple dimensions, including biochemical component analysis, polymer material properties, thermodynamic mechanisms, and transdermal drug delivery systems. The research indicates that the egg white fixation method is not simply a product of empirical medicine. It possesses a solid scientific foundation in terms of biocompatibility, mechanical strength construction, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, and promotion of callus formation, which aligns with modern rehabilitation medicine concepts.
