Research on pain nursing intervention measures and clinical efficacy for postoperative patients in hepatobiliary surgery
肝胆外科患者术后患者疼痛护理干预措施及临床疗效研究

摘要

目的 研究分析肝胆外科术后疼痛的患者临床护理要点。方法 研究对象为2025年1月至2026年1月期间接受肝胆外科手术的80例患者，随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组采取一般性护理，观察组加入疼痛管理，对比两组的疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间以及护理满意度。结果 观察组的疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）得分低于对照组；持续时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组的护理满意度分别为97.25%及75.00%，数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 肝胆外科手术后患者疼痛干扰其康复进程，在常规护理基础上强调疼痛管理能够明显缓解疼痛程度，值得推荐使用。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing points of patients with postoperative pain in hepatobiliary surgery.
Methods The study subjects were 80 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery from January 2025 to January 2026, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received general nursing care, while the observation group received pain management. The degree of pain, duration of pain, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The pain visual analog scale (VAS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; The duration was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.25% and 75.00%, respectively, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Pain in patients after hepatobiliary surgery interferes with their recovery process. Emphasizing pain management on the basis of routine nursing can significantly alleviate the degree of pain and is recommended for use.
