Observation on the efficacy of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction in treating seborrheic dermatitis of the face with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome
龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

摘要

目的 分析龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选取我院2023年1月至2025年12月期间符合脾胃湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎诊断标准的患者病历资料共86例。结果 治疗后患者的皮损面积、红斑评分、鳞屑评分及瘙痒视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分较治疗前显著更低（P＜0.05）。86例患者中，痊愈23例，显效35例，有效19例，无效9例，总有效率为89.53%。治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论 龙胆泻肝汤加减对脾胃湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎具有较好的临床疗效，能够显著缓解皮损和瘙痒症状。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction in treating facial seborrheic dermatitis of the spleen-stomach damp-heat type.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted, involving 86 patient medical records from January 2023 to December 2025 in our hospital that met the diagnostic criteria for facial seborrheic dermatitis of the spleen-stomach damp-heat type.
Results After treatment, the patients’ lesion area, erythema score, scaling score, and pruritus Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score were significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05). Among the 86 cases, 23 achieved complete recovery, 35 showed significant improvement, 19 had partial improvement, and 9 were ineffective, resulting in an overall efficacy rate of 89.53%. No significant adverse reactions were observed during treatment.
Conclusion   Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction demonstrates favorable clinical efficacy in treating facial seborrheic dermatitis of the spleen-stomach damp-heat type, significantly alleviating skin lesions and pruritus symptoms.
