Application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention in patients with gallstones and analysis of its impact on self-efficacy
多学科协作护理干预在胆结石患者中的应用效果及对自我效能的作用分析

摘要

目的 本文将主要分析针对胆结石患者，应用多学科协作护理干预的效果，以及对患者自我效能的作用，从而提升护理服务质量。方法 选取我院近一年期间前往治疗的168例胆结石患者作为此次实验研究对象，根据入院时间随机分为常规组与观察组，各组患者分别有84例，分别给予常规护理与多学科协作护理干预，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组患者并发症发生率远低于常规组，护理效果各项指标评分均优于常规组，且自我效能远强于常规组，两组患者各项数据差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 临床将多学科协作护理模式应用于胆结石患者中，临床护理效果表现理想，可有效提升患者自我效能，降低并发症的发生，提升患者生活质量，可积极推广使用。

Abstract

Objective This article will mainly analyze the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention on patients with gallstones, as well as its impact on patient self-efficacy, in order to improve the quality of nursing services.
Methods 168 patients with gallstones who received treatment in our hospital within the past year were selected as the subjects of this experimental study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group based on their admission time, with 84 patients in each group receiving routine nursing and multidisciplinary collaborative nursing interventions. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group, and the nursing effect scores were better than those in the control group. Moreover, self-efficacy was much stronger than that in the control group. There was a significant difference in various data between the two groups of patients, (P＜0.05), Has statistical significance.
Conclusion   The application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model in patients with gallstones has shown ideal clinical nursing effects, which can effectively improve patients’ self-efficacy, reduce the occurrence of complications, and enhance their quality of life. It can be actively promoted and used.
