Application of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in early diagnosis and classification of pregnancy at the incision site of cesarean section
经阴道超声结合经腹部超声在剖宫产切口部妊娠早期诊断及分型中的运用研究

摘要

目的 探究经阴道超声联合经腹部超声应用于剖宫产切口部妊娠早期诊断与分型临床价值。方法 选取98例疑似剖宫产切口部妊娠患者分组开展对照研究，对照组单用经腹部超声检查，观察组采用二者联合检查，对比两组诊断效果及分型判定结果。结果 观察组诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于对照组，切口妊娠各分型诊断符合率显著优于单一检查方式，P＜0.05。结论 经阴道与经腹部超声联合检测可提升剖宫产切口部妊娠早期诊断精准度，分型判定更为贴合临床实际，具备临床推广实用性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the early diagnosis and classification of pregnancy at the incision site of cesarean section.
Methods A controlled study was conducted on 98 patients suspected of having pregnancy at the incision site of cesarean section. The control group received only transabdominal ultrasound examination, while the observation group received a combined examination of the two. The diagnostic effects and classification results of the two groups were compared.
Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The diagnostic accuracy of various subtypes of incision pregnancy was significantly better than that of a single examination method, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   The combined detection of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of pregnancy at the incision site of cesarean section, and the classification judgment is more in line with clinical practice, with practical applicability for clinical promotion.
