AI辅助监测结合胰岛素泵精准干预在老年2型糖尿病低血糖防控中的实证研究

摘要

目的 分析AI辅助监测结合胰岛素泵精准干预在老年2型糖尿病低血糖防控中的实证研究结果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年12月本院120例近3个月有低血糖史的老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组采用常规指尖血糖监测联合固定剂量胰岛素治疗,观察组采用AI辅助动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵精准治疗。比较两组低血糖相关指标、血糖波动及治疗满意度。结果 观察组低血糖事件发生率、严重低血糖发生率、血糖波动系数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.001);两组糖化血红蛋白水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 该模式可有效降低老年2型糖尿病患者低血糖风险,减少无症状性低血糖漏诊,平稳血糖波动,提升治疗满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the intervention effect of artificial intelligence assisted dynamic glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump precision treatment mode on the risk of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, and to build and verify the closed-loop management system of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetes patients.
Methods From January 2023 to December 2024, 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who had a history of hypoglycemia in the past three months in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each. The control group received routine fingertip blood glucose monitoring combined with fixed dose insulin treatment, while the observation group received AI assisted dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump precision treatment. Compare two groups of hypoglycemic related indicators, blood glucose fluctuations, and treatment satisfaction.
Results The incidence of hypoglycemic events, severe hypoglycemia, and blood glucose fluctuation coefficient in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the treatment satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001); There was no significant difference in glycated hemoglobin levels between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   This model can effectively reduce the risk of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, reduce the missed diagnosis of asymptomatic hypoglycemia, stabilize blood glucose fluctuations, and improve treatment satisfaction.
