膝关节镜下关节清理术辅助微骨折术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效分析

摘要

目的 旨在分析膝关节镜下关节清理术辅助微骨折术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 选取2024年6月-2025年6月的膝关节骨性关节炎患者病例资料40例,按照随机分组方式分为对照组(膝关节镜下清理术)和观察组(膝关节镜下关节清理术辅助微骨折术),各20例,对比两组患者的治疗效果,膝关节功能,疼痛程度和肢体关节肿胀情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后1个月和3个月的膝关节功能优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的疼痛程度较对照组低,肢体肿胀程度优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论 膝关节镜下关节清理术辅助微骨折术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有利于促进患者的膝关节功能恢复,减轻患者的疼痛程度和肢体肿胀程度,患者的治疗总有效率较高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the curative effect of arthroscopic joint debridement assisted microfracture surgery on knee osteoarthritis.
Methods 40 cases of knee osteoarthritis from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into control group (arthroscopic joint debridement) and observation group (arthroscopic joint debridement assisted microfracture surgery), with 20 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect, knee joint function,
Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the knee joint function in the observation group was better than that in the control group one month and three months after operation (P<0.05). The pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the limb swelling degree was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Arthroscopic joint debridement assisted with microfracture is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint function, reducing the degree of pain and limb swelling, and the total effective rate is high.
