摘要
目的 探讨壮医敷贴联合三气养生操对改善恶性肿瘤化疗相关性恶心呕吐的护理效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月广西国际壮医医院收治的87例恶性肿瘤化疗患者。随机分为对照组43例（静脉给药预防性止吐）、治疗组44例（壮医敷贴联合三气养生操），比较两组患者临床疗效、生活质量。结果 治疗后第1d、3d、6d治疗组的恶心呕吐情况明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）、且呕吐生活功能指数评分更高（P＜0.05）。结论 壮医敷贴联合三气养生操可有效缓解恶性肿瘤患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐，同时提升患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing efficacy of Zhuang medicine topical application combined with Sanqi Health Preservation Exercise in alleviating chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant tumors. Methods A total of 87 patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 43) and treatment group (n = 44). The clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results On days 1, 3, and 6 post-treatment, the treatment group exhibited significantly better symptoms of nausea and vomiting compared to the control group (P<0.05), along with higher scores on the Vomiting Life Function Index (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhuang medicine topical application combined with Sanqi Health Preservation Exercise effectively alleviates chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant tumors while improving their quality of life.
