Evaluation of the role of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of varicocele for male infertility
精索静脉曲张彩色多普勒超声检查结果对诊断男性不育症的作用评价

摘要

目的 评价彩色多普勒超声检查结果在男性不育症合并精索静脉曲张诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2024年1月7日至2025年1月7日本院收治的98例男性不育症患者作为研究组，同期选取98例健康生育男性作为对照组，两组均接受彩色多普勒超声检查，对比精索静脉内径、反流时间、最大反流速度及睾丸体积、精液质量参数差异。结果 研究组精索静脉内径、反流时间、最大反流速度均显著高于对照组，睾丸体积显著小于对照组，精液质量各项指标均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 彩色多普勒超声检查可准确评估精索静脉曲张的严重程度，其血流动力学指标与精液质量密切相关，对男性不育症的病因诊断具有重要临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound examination results in the diagnosis of male infertility complicated with varicocele.
Methods 98 male infertility patients admitted to this hospital from January 7, 2024 to January 7, 2025 were selected as the study group, and 98 healthy fertile males were selected as the control group during the same period. Both groups underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination to compare the differences in spermatic vein diameter, reflux time, maximum reflux velocity, testicular volume, and semen quality parameters.
Results The inner diameter, reflux time, and maximum reflux velocity of the spermatic vein in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The testicular volume was significantly smaller than that in the control group, and all indicators of semen quality were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Color Doppler ultrasound examination can accurately evaluate the severity of varicocele, and its hemodynamic indicators are closely related to semen quality, which has important clinical value for the etiological diagnosis of male infertility.
