健康体检人群乳腺结节检出情况及相关危险因素分析

摘要

目的 分析健康体检人群乳腺结节检出情况及相关危险因素。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月-2025年12月于本院进行健康体检的200例健康体检人员的临床资料,统计乳腺结节检出情况,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析乳腺结节发生的相关危险因素。结果 200例健康体检人员乳腺结节检出86(43.00%)例,单因素分析显示,年龄、乳腺癌家族史、生育史、哺乳史、人工流产史、高脂饮食习惯、生活作息、精神压力与乳腺结节发生有相关性(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,40-49岁、乳腺癌家族史、人工流产史、未生育、未哺乳或<6个月、高脂饮食习惯、不规律作息、精神压力是乳腺结节发生的独立危险因素。结论 在健康体检人群体检中,乳腺结节检出率较高,应针对高危人群实施定期筛查与干预,开展健康宣教,倡导健康生活,降低乳腺结节发生风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the detection rate of breast nodules and related risk factors among individuals undergoing health examinations.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 200 individuals who underwent health examinations at our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025. The detection rates of breast nodules were recorded, and single-factor and multi-factor logistic regression analyses were performed to identify associated risk factors.
Results Among the 200 examinees, 86 (43.00%) exhibited breast nodules. Single-factor analysis revealed that age, family history of breast cancer, childbirth history, breastfeeding history, history of induced abortion, high-fat dietary habits, irregular lifestyle, and psychological stress were significantly associated with breast nodule occurrence (P<0.05). Multi-factor logistic regression analysis identified the following independent risk factors: age 40–49 years, family history of breast cancer, history of induced abortion, nulliparity, non-breastfeeding or breastfeeding for less than 6 months, high-fat dietary habits, irregular sleep patterns, and psychological stress.
Conclusion   The detection rate of breast nodules is notably high among healthy individuals undergoing examinations. Regular screening and intervention should be implemented for high-risk populations, along with health education and promotion of healthy lifestyles to reduce the incidence of breast nodules.
