摘要
目的 探讨痤疮患者应用复合酸联合异维A酸口服治疗的临床效果。方法 纳入2023年7月-2025年7月本院收治的56例痤疮患者资料，按随机数字表法分为观察组（n=28，复合酸联合异维A酸口服治疗）和对照组（n=28，口服异维A酸治疗）。观察2组治疗前后的痤疮皮损数量、痤疮综合分级系统（GAGS）评分、面部皮脂含量水平以及不良反应。结果 治疗后，观察组丘疹、粉刺、脓包个数较对照组减少（P均＜0.05）；观察组GAGS评分、面部皮脂含量水平较对照组降低（P＜0.05）；观察组皮肤脱屑、局部刺痛、面部红斑、口唇干燥等不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论 复合酸联合异维A酸口服治疗可以减少痤疮患者丘疹、粉刺、脓包个数，降低GAGS评分及面部皮脂含量水平，且不会增加不良反应，安全可靠。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound acid and isotretinoin oral administration in the treatment of acne patients. Methods The data of 56 acne patients admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2025 were included. They were divided into the observation group (n=28, treated with compound acid and isotretinoin orally) and the control group (n=28, treated with oral isotretinoin) according to the random number table method. The acne lesion quantity, acne comprehensive grading system (GAGS) score, facial sebum content level, and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the number of papules, comedones, and pustules in the observation group was less than that in the control group (all P<0.05); the GAGS score and facial sebum content level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as skin desquamation, local pricking pain, facial erythema, and dryness of the lips between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compound acid and isotretinoin oral administration can reduce the number of papules, comedones, and pustules in acne patients, lower the GAGS score and facial sebum content level, and does not increase adverse reactions, which is safe and reliable.
