Efficacy evaluation of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer patients
乳腺癌早期患者的诊断中运用彩色多普勒超声的效果评价

摘要

目的 探究乳腺癌早期患者的诊断中运用彩色多普勒超声的效果。方法 将2025年6月至2025年12月我院收治的35例乳腺癌早期患者作为研究对象，对其分别实施磁共振成像、彩色多普勒超声诊断。将其病理诊断结果作为金标准，比较两种方式的诊断时间、正确率、满意度。结果 在诊断时间方面，磁共振成像为（14.17±2.05）min，彩色多普勒超声为（8.04±1.46）min，磁共振成像诊断时间明显多于彩色多普勒超声，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在诊断正确率与满意度方面，磁共振成像诊断正确率、满意度分别为77.14%、88.57%，彩色多普勒超声诊断正确率、满意度分别为94.29%、100.00%，彩色多普勒超声诊断明显优于磁共振成像，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；结论 实施彩色多普勒超声诊断在乳腺癌早期患者中，避免了因检查创伤或辐射顾虑导致的焦虑情绪，提升患者对诊断过程的认可度，进而提高诊断满意度，同时无需重复扫描，避免了因重复检查造成的时间浪费，确保诊断工作高效推进，值得参考。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer patients.
Methods 35 early breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were respectively diagnosed with magnetic resonance imaging and color Doppler ultrasound. The pathological diagnosis results were taken as the gold standard, and the diagnosis time, accuracy rate, and satisfaction rate of the two methods were compared.
Results In terms of diagnosis time, magnetic resonance imaging took (14.17 ± 2.05) min, and color Doppler ultrasound took (8.04 ± 1.46) min. The diagnosis time of magnetic resonance imaging was significantly longer than that of color Doppler ultrasound, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). In terms of diagnosis accuracy and satisfaction rate, the accuracy and satisfaction rates of magnetic resonance imaging were 77.14% and 88.57%, respectively, while those of color Doppler ultrasound were 94.29% and 100.00%, respectively. Color Doppler ultrasound was significantly superior to magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in early breast cancer patients avoids the anxiety caused by concerns about examination trauma or radiation, enhances patients’ recognition of the diagnosis process, thereby improving diagnosis satisfaction. At the same time, it does not require repeated scans, avoiding the waste of time caused by repeated examinations and ensuring the efficient progress of diagnosis work. It is worth referring to.
