Analysis of the comfortable diagnosis and treatment effect of two drugs combined use in pediatric hearing and MRI examination
小儿听力与MRI检查中两药联用舒适化诊疗效果分析

摘要

目的 观察并分析在小儿听力与MRI检查中，咪达唑仑口服溶液联合右美托咪定滴鼻的实际应用与现实指导意义。方法 选择我院2024年8月至2025年8月期间，门诊开展小儿听力与MRI检查的68名患儿，按照随机数字表分配原则将其划分为两个独立的小组（各34名），对照组执行常规镇静诊疗；观察组则同步开展舒适化诊疗（口服咪达唑仑溶液联合右美托咪定滴鼻）。比较两组患儿镇静成功率、入睡/苏醒时间以及不良反应的整体发生情况。结果 在镇静成功率方面，相比较于对照组而言，观察组患儿各时间点的镇静成功率结果均提示更佳（P＜0.05）；另外，在入睡及苏醒时间上，观察组入睡时间更短、苏醒时间更快（P＜0.05）；在不良反应的整体发生情况上，两组患儿间数值比较未发现显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 在小儿听力与MRI检查中，通过口服咪达唑仑溶液联合右美托咪定滴鼻的舒适化诊疗，在提高临床镇静效果的同时，缩短检查时间，且安全性较高。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the practical application and guiding significance of midazolam oral solution combined with dexmedetomidine nasal drops in pediatric hearing and MRI examinations.
Methods 68 children who underwent pediatric hearing and MRI examinations in our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected and divided into two independent groups (each 34) according to the random number table allocation principle. The control group received routine sedation treatment; the observation group simultaneously carried out comfortable diagnosis and treatment (oral midazolam solution combined with nasal dexmedetomidine drops). The success rate of sedation, sleep/wake time, and the overall occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results In terms of the success rate of sedation, compared with the control group, the success rate of sedation at each time point in the observation group was better (P < 0.05); in terms of sleep and wake time, the observation group had shorter sleep time and faster wake time (P < 0.05); in terms of the overall occurrence of adverse reactions, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   In pediatric hearing and MRI examinations, through comfortable diagnosis and treatment with oral midazolam solution combined with nasal dexmedetomidine drops, the clinical sedation effect is improved, the examination time is shortened, and the safety is higher.
