The practical pathway of integrating ISO15189 concepts into the clinical laboratory practice teaching of medical laboratory technology
ISO15189理念融入医学检验临检实习教学的实践路径

摘要

目的 分析在医学检验实习教学中实施ISO15189 理念教学法的实践成效。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年12月期间7名大专学历实习生作为对照组，选取2024年1月-2025年12月期间8名大专学历实习生作为观察组。对照组实习生接受常规教学模式，观察组则在对照组的教学模式基础上融入ISO15189理念，对比分析两种教学模式最终获得的临床效果。结果 教学培训后，观察组实习生对的学习兴趣和自主学习意识评分均显著高于对照组，医学检验理论知识的掌握程度和临床实践操作能力考核评分均显著高于对照组，最终实习生对此次教学模式的满意度与对照组相比显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论 在医学实验实习教学中融入ISO15189理念教学法，可进一步提高临床医学实验教学质量，增强实习生的学习兴趣以及积极性，从而能够提高实习生的整体实习效果。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical effectiveness of implementing the ISO15189 concept teaching method in medical laboratory practice teaching.
Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 7 interns with a junior college degree were selected as the control group, and from January 2024 to December 2025, 8 interns with a junior college degree were selected as the observation group. The interns in the control group received the conventional teaching mode, while the observation group incorporated the ISO15189 concept into the teaching mode of the control group. The final clinical effects obtained by the two teaching modes were compared and analyzed.
Results After the teaching training, the scores of the observation group interns in learning interest and autonomous learning awareness were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the mastery degree of medical laboratory theoretical knowledge and the assessment scores of clinical practice operation ability were also significantly higher than those of the control group. The satisfaction of the interns with this teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Integrating the ISO15189 concept teaching method into medical laboratory practice teaching can further improve the quality of clinical medical laboratory teaching, enhance the learning interest and enthusiasm of interns, and thereby improve the overall internship effect of interns. 【Keywords】Medical laborat
