Observation on the efficacy of acupoint manipulation combined with joint dislocation technique in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy
推拿手法联合关节错缝术治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨穴位推拿联合关节错缝矫正手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的应用效果。方法 选取2025年4月-2026年4月收治的80例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组和联合组，各40例。常规组给予穴位推拿治疗，联合组在常规组基础上配合关节错缝矫正手法，比较两组治疗前后相关指标及临床疗效。结果 治疗后，两组相关评分均较治疗前改善，且联合组改善程度优于常规组（P＜0.05）；联合组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于常规组的80.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 穴位推拿联合关节错缝矫正手法治疗神经根型颈椎病效果较好，可缓解疼痛症状，改善颈椎功能，具有一定临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint tuina combined with joint malalignment correction manipulation in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted from April 2025 to April 2026 were selected and divided into a routine group and a combined group by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The routine group received acupoint tuina, while the combined group received joint malalignment correction manipulation on the basis of routine treatment. Relevant indicators before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.
Results After treatment, the relevant scores in both groups improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement in the combined group was better than that in the routine group (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.00%, higher than 80.00% of the routine group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Acupoint tuina combined with joint malalignment correction manipulation is effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. It can relieve pain symptoms and improve cervical function, showing certain clinical application value.
