摘要
目的 探究保湿润肤剂在儿童特应性皮炎辅助治疗中的临床效果。方法 收录2024年1月-2026年1月我院0～7岁特应性皮炎患儿50例，采用摸球法分为对照组与观察组，各25例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松乳膏常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用保湿润肤剂辅助治疗。结果 治疗前两组特应性皮炎严重程度评分（SCORAD）差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后观察组SCORAD评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组各症状改善时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组皮肤生理参数差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后观察组经皮水分流失值明显低于对照组，而角质层含水量明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 儿童特应性皮炎在糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗基础上联合保湿润肤剂辅助治疗，可显著促进症状缓解、改善皮肤生理参数、提升治疗安全性。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moisturizing emollients in adjunctive therapy for pediatric atopic dermatitis. Methods A total of 50 children aged 0-7 years with atopic dermatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2026 were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group using the ball-touch method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment with mometasone furoate cream, while the observation group received adjunctive treatment with a moisturizing emollient in addition to the control regimen. Results Prior to treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD) scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the SCORAD score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The time to symptom improvement in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). No statistically significant differences were observed in skin physiological parameters between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the transepidermal water loss value in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the stratum corneum moisture content was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Adjunctive use of moisturizing emollients alongside mometasone furoate cream treatment significantly promotes symptom relief, improves skin physiological parameters, and enhances treatment safety in pediatric atopic dermatitis.
