摘要
目的 探讨神经肌肉电刺激联合任务导向训练改善卒中后肩痛患者肩胛稳定性的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2026年1月我院卒中后肩痛患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予神经肌肉电刺激联合任务导向训练。结果 干预8周后,观察组肩痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肩胛上旋不足距离低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分(FMA-UE)、Barthel指数和肩胛稳定达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合训练可减轻卒中后肩痛,改善肩胛稳定性和上肢运动功能。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with task-oriented training on scapular stability in post-stroke shoulder pain. Methods Eighty patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2026 were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation, and the observation group received combined training. Results After 8 weeks, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and scapular upward rotation deficit were lower, while Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremity (FMA-UE) score, Barthel index and qualified stability rate were higher in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined program can relieve shoulder pain and improve scapular stability and upper limb function.
