切开复位钢板内固定治疗移位型跟骨骨折的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 浅析移位型跟骨骨折患者采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗的疗效。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月本院接受治疗的移位型跟骨骨折患者60例,采用随机数字法分组,对照组实施手法复位夹板外固定治疗,观察组实施切开复位钢板内固定治疗。对比临床治疗效果。结果 观察组跟骨解剖参数对比后,情况优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛缓解时间和骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对移位型跟骨骨折患者实施切开复位钢板内固定治疗的效果显著,有助于患者早日康复,值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of open reduction plate internal fixation for displaced calcaneal fractures in patients.
Methods Sixty patients with displaced calcaneal fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups using the random number method. The control group received manual reduction and external fixation with a splint, while the observation group received open reduction plate internal fixation. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared.
Results After comparing the anatomical parameters of the calcaneus in the observation group, the situation was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The pain relief time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Open reduction plate internal fixation for displaced calcaneal fractures has a significant therapeutic effect, which helps patients recover sooner and is worthy of clinical promotion.
