Analysis of the intervention effect on rural hypertension patients under the contract model of grassroots family doctors
基层家庭医生签约模式下对农村高血压患者干预效果的分析

摘要

目的 分析基层家庭医生签约模式对农村高血压患者的干预效果。方法 选取2025年4月-2025年12月200例农村高血压患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各100例，对照组行常规医疗管理，观察组采用基层家庭医生签约模式，比较两组血压控制、生活方式、疾病知识知晓率及用药依从性。结果 观察组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组，观察组合理膳食等健康生活方式养成率及用药依从性高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基层家庭医生签约模式干预效果显著，可提升农村高血压患者血压控制水平及健康管理能力，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of the grassroots family doctor contract model on rural hypertension patients.
Methods Select 200 rural hypertensive patients from April 2025 to December 2025, and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group receives routine medical management, while the observation group adopts a grassroots family doctor contract model. Compare the blood pressure control, lifestyle, disease knowledge awareness rate, and medication compliance between the two groups.
Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the rate of developing healthy lifestyles such as diet in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The signing model of grassroots family doctors has a significant intervention effect, which can improve the blood pressure control level and health management ability of rural hypertensive patients, and is worth promoting.
