The application of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of complex urinary system stones
微创经皮肾镜取石术在复杂性泌尿系统结石治疗中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术（MPCNL）在复杂性泌尿系统结石治疗中的临床疗效、安全性及应用价值。方法 将60例复杂性泌尿系统结石患者（2022年12月至2024年12月）随机（随机数字表法）均分为两组（各30例）：实验组采用MPCNL治疗，对照组采用输尿管软镜激光碎石术治疗。观察并记录两组患者结石清除率，统计术后并发症发生情况，对比两组患者术前与术后1周实验室指标变化。结果 实验组结石清除率显著高于对照组（93.33% vs. 80.00%），并发症发生率显著低于对照组（6.67% vs. 23.33%，P均<0.05）。结论 相较于输尿管软镜激光碎石术，MPCNL治疗复杂性泌尿系统结石清除率更高、并发症更少，可更有效减轻术后炎症反应。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy, safety and application value of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) in the treatment of complex urinary system stones.
Methods Sixty patients with complex urinary system stones (from December 2022 to December 2024) were randomly (by random number table method) divided into two groups (each 30 cases): the experimental group received MPCNL treatment, and the control group received ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy. The occurrence of postoperative complications was statistically analyzed, and the changes in laboratory indicators before and one week after surgery were compared between the two groups.
Results The stone clearance rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.33% vs. 80.00%), and the complication rate was significantly lower in the experimental group (6.67% vs. 23.33%, both P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Compared with flexible ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy, MPCNL demonstrates higher clearance rates for complex urinary tract stones with fewer complications.
