摘要
目的 研究分析肿瘤内科终末期患者安宁疗护时加入舒适护理对于提升患者舒适度的意义。方法 样本对象为60例肿瘤内科终末期患者，依据收治时间先后分为对照及观察组。对照组给予一般的安宁疗护，观察组加入舒适护理，对比两组的自我管理效能以及生活质量。结果 观察组的自我管理效能感量表（SUPPH）以及健康调查量表36（SF-36）的各项指标得分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 肿瘤内科终末期患者安宁疗护中加入舒适护理能够提升患者的自我管理效能和生活质量，对患者具有重要意义。

Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the significance of adding comfort care to palliative care for end-stage patients in oncology in improving patient comfort. Methods The sample consisted of 60 end-stage patients in the oncology department, who were divided into a control group and an observation group based on their admission time. The control group received general palliative care, while the observation group received comfort care. The self-management efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of various indicators on the Self Management Efficacy Scale (SUPPH) and the MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) Life Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adding comfort care to palliative care for terminally ill patients in oncology can improve their self-management efficiency and quality of life, which is of great significance to patients.
