Observation on the application of narrative nursing in elderly rehabilitation nursing from the perspective of humanistic care
人文关怀视角下叙事护理在老年康复护理中的应用观察

摘要

目的 探讨人文关怀视角下叙事护理在老年康复护理中的应用效果，为老年患者康复护理提供临床参考。方法 选取2024年12月-2025年12月收治的128例老年康复患者，分为对照组（64例，常规康复护理）和观察组（64例，常规护理联合人文关怀导向叙事护理），比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组康复依从性89.06%、生活质量评分（78.56±6.32）分、心理状态评分（42.13±5.78）分，均优于对照组（67.19%、65.34±7.15分、53.67±6.21分），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 人文关怀视角下叙事护理可提升老年康复患者依从性，改善生活质量及心理状态，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing in elderly rehabilitation nursing from the perspective of humanistic care, and provide clinical reference for rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients.
Methods 128 elderly rehabilitation patients admitted from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected and divided into a control group (64 cases, conventional rehabilitation nursing) and an observation group (64 cases, conventional nursing combined with humanistic care oriented narrative nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The rehabilitation compliance rate, quality of life score (78.56 ± 6.32), and psychological status score (42.13 ± 5.78) of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (67.19%, 65.34 ± 7.15, 53.67 ± 6.21), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Narrative nursing from the perspective of humanistic care can improve the compliance, quality of life, and psychological state of elderly rehabilitation patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
