摘要
面瘫是常见的面部神经功能障碍,严重影响患者生活质量与社会心理健康。传统治疗方法存在局限,而射频技术作为一种新兴的微创手段,在面瘫康复领域展现出显著潜力。本文旨在系统综述射频技术治疗面瘫的最新进展,重点阐述其通过热效应与神经调节等机制促进面神经修复与功能恢复的作用原理。文章详细分析了脉冲射频、连续射频等不同模式的临床应用方案、疗效评估体系及安全性。综述旨在为面瘫的射频治疗提供全面的理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract
Facial paralysis is a common disorder of facial nerve function, severely affecting the quality of life and social mental health of patients. Traditional treatment methods have limitations, while radiofrequency technology, as an emerging minimally invasive approach, has shown significant potential in the field of facial paralysis rehabilitation. This article aims to systematically review the latest progress in the treatment of facial paralysis using radiofrequency technology, focusing on the mechanism by which it promotes facial nerve repair and functional recovery through thermal effects and neural regulation. The article thoroughly analyzes the clinical application schemes, efficacy evaluation systems, and safety of different modes such as pulsed radiofrequency and continuous radiofrequency. The review aims to provide comprehensive theoretical support and practical references for radiofrequency treatment of facial paralysis.
