摘要
目的 研究幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除治疗对慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜病理改善影响。方法 选取2024年3月-2025年10月本院84例慢性胃炎患者，以随机数字表法分组，各42例。对照组采取常规治疗，研究组采取Hp根除治疗。对比临床疗效。结果 胃黏膜炎症评分、胃黏膜萎缩及肠上皮化生评分等指标比较，研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；不良反应两组比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论 Hp根除治疗可有效改善慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜炎症状态，促进萎缩逆转，且安全性良好。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of eradicating Helicobacter pylori (Hp) on the pathological improvement of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods 84 patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital from March 2024 to October 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 42 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the study group received Hp eradication treatment. Compare clinical efficacy. Results The comparison of indicators such as gastric mucosal inflammation score, gastric mucosal atrophy, and intestinal metaplasia score showed that the study group was superior to the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Hp eradication therapy can effectively improve the inflammatory state of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis, promote atrophy reversal, and has good safety.
