Evaluation of the efficacy of voriconazole in the treatment of invasive fungal infections in hematological diseases
伏立康唑治疗血液病侵袭性真菌感染效果评价

摘要

目的 探析伏立康唑于血液病并发侵袭性真菌感染干预路径中的实际效用。方法 择取本院于2025年1月至2026年2月接受诊疗的80例血液病合并侵袭性真菌感染病例,依照随机数字表法展开组别(对照组、观察组)及例数(每组各40例)的均分处理,对照组施以伊曲康唑行抗真菌处理,观察组予以伏立康唑进行干预。结果 (1)临床总有效率:观察组87.50%显著高于对照组65.00%;(2)药物不良反应:观察组总发生率12.50%低于对照组32.50%;借由统计学软件分析上述指标,P均<0.05。结论 将伏立康唑用于血液病侵袭性真菌感染的治疗干预中,可切实提升抗真菌效价,且不良事件风险处于可控的较低水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical efficacy of voriconazole in the intervention of invasive fungal infections in hematological diseases.
Methods 80 cases of hematological diseases complicated with invasive fungal infections treated in our hospital from January 2025 to February 2026 were selected and divided into groups (control group and observation group) and cases (40 cases in each group) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with itraconazole for antifungal treatment, and the observation group was intervened with voriconazole.
Results (1) The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%, significantly higher than that of the control group (65.00%); (2) The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 12.50%, lower than that in the control group (32.50%). The above indicators were analyzed by statistical software, and P was all < 0.05.
Conclusion   The application of voriconazole in the treatment and intervention of invasive fungal infections in hematological diseases can effectively enhance the antifungal efficacy, and the risk of adverse events is at a controllable and relatively low level.
