Study on the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in patients with hypertension and dizziness
中西医结合治疗对高血压眩晕患者的疗效及不良反应发生率研究

摘要

目的 分析中西医结合治疗方案在高血压眩晕患者中的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间符合纳入标准的患者130例，随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组接受常规西医治疗，观察组在此基础上加用中医辨证施治。结果 观察组的SBP水平、DBP水平、DHI总分及中医证候积分明显低于对照组，SF-36总分更高（P<0.05）。且不良反应发生率无明显增加（P＞0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗可能为高血压眩晕患者提供一种更为安全有效的临床路径。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in patients with hypertension and dizziness.
Methods 130 patients who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received additional treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine differentiation.
Results The SBP level, DBP level, DHI total score, and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the SF-36 total score was higher (P<0.05). And there was no significant increase in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment may provide a safer and more effective clinical pathway for patients with hypertension and dizziness.
