儿童维生素D缺乏的临床筛查及补充护理效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨儿童维生素D缺乏的规范化临床筛查流程与综合补充护理干预效果,为儿童维生素D缺乏的早期识别与精准管理提供依据。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月我院儿童保健科确诊的维生素D缺乏患儿56例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各28例。对照组采用常规健康指导与基础补充,实验组实施标准化筛查评估+个体化维生素D补充+系统化护理干预。两组均干预3个月,观察血清25-(OH)D水平、血钙水平、临床症状改善率、生长发育指标4项指标并对比。结果 干预后实验组血清25-(OH)D、血钙水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);临床症状总改善率92.86%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);身高、体质量增长优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 规范化临床筛查联合个体化补充与系统化护理可显著提升儿童维生素D缺乏的纠正效果,改善营养状况与生长发育,值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the standardized clinical screening process and comprehensive supplementary nursing intervention effect of vitamin D deficiency in children, and provide a basis for early identification and precise management of vitamin D deficiency in children.
Methods 56 children diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency in our pediatric health department from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 28 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine health guidance and basic supplementation, while the experimental group underwent standardized screening and evaluation, personalized vitamin D supplementation, and systematic nursing intervention. Both groups were intervened for 3 months, and four indicators including serum 25- (OH) D levels, blood calcium levels, clinical symptom improvement rate, and growth and development indicators were observed and compared.
Results After intervention, the serum 25- (OH) D and blood calcium levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The overall improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 92.86%, which was higher than the 71.43% in the control group (P<0.05); The growth in height and body mass was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Standardized clinical screening combined with individualized supplementation and systematic nursing can significantly improve the corrective effect of vitamin D deficiency in children, improve nutritional status and growth and development, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
