摘要
目的 对医用重组胶原蛋白肛肠凝胶促进肛肠术后、放射性直肠炎及其它相关肛肠疾病创面修复的作用进行研究。方法 选择医院2023年3月-2024年6月所接收的300例肛肠疾病患者为研究对象，均采用医用重组胶原蛋白肛肠凝胶治疗，将患者治疗后的创面修复效果、治疗前后的疼痛情况以及炎性因子指标进行观察。结果 治疗后患者的创面愈合率较高，且三组患者治疗后的疼痛评分与炎性因子指标均优于治疗前（P＜0.05）。结论 医用重组胶原蛋白肛肠凝胶促进肛肠术后、放射性直肠炎及其它相关肛肠疾病创面修复的作用明显，可有效降低患者疼痛感，促进临床指标恢复，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To study the role of medical recombinant collagen anorectal gel in promoting the repair of wounds after anorectal surgery, radiation proctitis and other anorectal diseases. Methods 300 patients with anorectal diseases received from the hospital from March 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects, and all of them were treated with medical recombinant collagen anorectal gel. The wound repair effect, pain before and after treatment, and inflammatory factors were observed. Results After treatment, the wound healing rate of patients was higher, and the post-treatment pain scores and inflammatory factor indicators of all three groups were superior to those before treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion The medical recombinant collagen anorectal gel can significantly promote the repair of wounds after anorectal surgery, radiation proctitis and other related anorectal diseases, effectively reduce the pain of patients, and promote the recovery of clinical indicators, which is worth extensive promotion and application.
