摘要
目的 分析急性上呼吸道感染抗菌药治疗效果。方法 按照不同治疗方法将2025年1月-2025年12月350例急性上呼吸道感染患者分为各为175例的两组，对比头孢呋辛钠治疗（对照组）与阿奇霉素治疗（观察组）的效果。结果 观察组临床症状消失时间低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率接近（P＞0.05）。结论 急性上呼吸道感染通过抗菌药可以缩短病程，降低并发症风险。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of antibiotics in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods From January 2025 to December 2025, 350 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups of 175 cases each based on different treatment methods. The therapeutic effects of cefuroxime sodium treatment (control group) and azithromycin treatment (observation group) were compared. Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the complication rates of the two groups were similar (P > 0.05). Conclusion Antibiotics can shorten the course of acute upper respiratory tract infection and reduce the risk of complications.
