肌骨超声引导体外冲击波治疗非特异性下腰痛的疗效分析

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨肌骨超声引导下体外冲击波疗法对非特异性下腰痛疗效的影响。方法 本研究采用前瞻性研究设计,研究对象为2023年1月至2024年6月期间,在我院康复治疗中心收治的204例非特异性下腰痛患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=102)和研究组(n=102)。对照组接受常规综合康复治疗,研究组在此基础上额外接受肌骨超声引导下体外冲击波疗法治疗,比较两组治疗后疗效及腰椎功能。结果 治疗2周后,研究组治愈、显效、有效的总人数占比为 97.06%,显著高于对照组的 89.22%(P=0.027)。结论 采用肌骨超声引导的体外冲击波疗法治疗可促进腰椎功能恢复,疗效显著且复发率低。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound on nonspecific low back pain.
Methods This study employed a prospective research design, involving 204 patients with nonspecific low back pain admitted to the rehabilitation center of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (n=102) and a study group (n=102) using a random number table method. The control group received conventional comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, while the study group additionally underwent extracorporeal shock wave therapy under musculoskeletal ultrasound guidance. The therapeutic efficacy and lumbar function were then compared between the two groups post-treatment.
Results After two weeks of treatment, the total proportion of patients in the study group who were cured, markedly improved, or improved was 97.06%, significantly higher than 89.22% in the control group (P = 0.027).
Conclusion   Extracorporeal shock wave therapy guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound can promote lumbar function recovery, with significant efficacy and low recurrence rates.
